Kevin Warner, FounderKevin’s mother gave him a set of tools when he was 3 years old, and he’s been building ever since. What began as a hobby became a way to repair, upgrade, and add-on needed space for his growing family, and was also a welcome relaxation from his demanding 25-year career in Silicon Valley managing Fortune 100 initiatives.
As an executive with Cisco Systems responsible for the Cisco Entrepreneur Institute, and Cisco Networking Academies, Kevin developed strategy and implemented startup plans, working with local public and private sector organizations to help communities and nations harness the power of technology and entrepreneurship for global economic and social prosperity. Kevin brings a high level of integrity and professionalism to Yellow Ribbon Homes, taking full advantage of software and technology in the industry to build beautiful quality homes and remodeling projects, giving back to the community through the creation of jobs, and offering discounted services to military personnel and veterans. Kevin is skilled in all aspects of residential construction, including design and property development. He enjoys mentoring his employees and empowering them with the skills to be successful in the residential construction industry. He is certified in mold remediation. A California native, and resident of the San Francisco Bay Area for 50 years, Kevin visits his family there often, and enjoys exploring the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas he now calls home. Kevin and his wife Cathy are proud parents of two daughters: One is an accountant and auditor who has streamlined Yellow Ribbon Homes' business practices. The other is a licensed architect living and working in New York City, who designed Yellow Ribbon Homes’ Poulsbo waterfront project house, when she was a student. |
